Refund Policy

All Sales are Final
No refunds will be given for any reason other than cancellation of the event. This policy is necessary since tickets to our Foundation’s hosted events are limited. We reserve the right to change event dates, times, venue, and subject matter at any time.

Refunds for Canceled Events
If an event is canceled we will contact you regarding a refund at the email address and/or phone number you’ve provided to us.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, we will contact you with the rescheduled date and time as soon as possible via phone and/or email. Your tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date, unless we notify you otherwise. If you cannot make the event on the rescheduled date, we will do everything we can to help! Please reach out to us at the “Contact Us” information below.

Our sole obligation or liability with respect to event ticket sales shall be limited to a refund. It is our goal to provide you with the tickets you desire and we are committed to achieving your satisfaction.

All refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Jayson Tatum Foundation.

The Jayson Tatum Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and a Missouri nonprofit corporation.

The U.S. Internal Revenue Code permits you to deduct the amount you give to The Jayson Tatum Foundation that exceeds the fair value of materials received from us. The tax-deductible portion of your gift will be shown on your receipt, if applicable.
