PROJECTS IN DEVELOPMENT
Creating opportunities and assistance for youth and families to pursue their dreams and impact the world.
The Jayson Tatum Foundation is committed to empowering and supporting youth residing in the St. Louis metropolitan area to pursue their dreams and impact the world in positive ways. Attending a post-secondary institution often provides financial hardship for many families. This scholarship is intended to help students finance and realize their educational dreams and pursuits. The Zero Limits Scholarship is intended for any student who graduates from high school and plans to enroll into a two or four year accredited college, university or trade school. We are looking for students with passion and tenacity to improve their communities and change the world. Thus, awards will be granted based on who the student is, their story, and their aspirations and commitment to make the world a better place.
Learn MoreThe Single Mothers Achieve Results Together (S.M.A.R.T.) Project is designed to empower single parents as they navigate the challenges of balancing parenthood, education, and personal and financial wellness. This program provides critical support to those who have completed at least two years of college and are enrolled full-time in their third year of study, offering financial assistance for living expenses and access to education in essential areas such as financial health, time management, and career planning. Recognizing the immediate needs of single-parent families, the program’s first step is to provide utility assistance, ensuring families can focus on building a stable and successful future. Through S.M.A.R.T., we are helping parents create a brighter path for themselves and their children, fostering resilience and long-term success for all.

Tatum Tuff promotes healthy eating through equitable access to nutritious food and comprehensive education for children and families. By addressing barriers, the program ensures families have the resources to make healthier choices. Through engaging workshops, hands-on activities, and community events, children and parents learn about balanced eating, portion control, and how food fuels the body and brain. The program also explores the science behind nutrition, helping families understand how vitamins, minerals, and nutrients support growth, development, and lifelong health. Beyond education, this initiative inspires action by providing practical tools like meal planning tips, affordable recipes, and guidance on accessing fresh, healthy ingredients. By empowering families with knowledge and resources, we help them build lasting, healthier habits.
