The Jayson Tatum Foundation Leadership Program continues to grow in impact, transforming the lives of over 100 children and youth each year by instilling critical life skills through character building, leadership development, and community awareness. In 2024, the program once again provided an immersive experience designed to help young participants develop the tools they need to succeed—not just on the court, but in every aspect of life.

Speaking at the event, Jayson emphasized the importance of leadership beyond sports: “Basketball gave me opportunities, but leadership, hard work, and the right mindset helped me take advantage of them. I want every kid here to know that they have the ability to lead and create their own path—whether it’s in sports, school, or life.
